UK Delivery

• £8 shipping fee via UPS Standard.

• A tracking number will be provided with all shipments.

US Delivery

• £25 shipping fee via UPS.

• Delivery within 7 business days.

• Orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid); duties may apply.

Japan Delivery

• ¥3000 shipping fee via UPS.

• Delivery within 7 business days.

• Orders shipped DDU; minor duties may apply.

Canada and Australia Delivery

• £25 shipping fee via UPS.

• Delivery within 7 business days.

• Orders shipped DDU; minor duties may apply.

Worldwide Delivery

• £35 shipping fee via UPS.

• Delivery within 7–14 business days depending on location.

• Orders shipped DDU; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notice for EU Customers

Due to new compliance requirements under the General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR), we are temporarily unable to ship to the European Union.

We are working towards achieving full compliance and hope to offer EU shipping again soon.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please email studio@savvasalexander.com within 2 hours of placing the order with the subject “Order Cancellation Request” and your order number.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins.
