Shipping FAQ

PROCESSING

All orders in-stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of the date of order. For items that are made-to-order, please refer to the product page dropdown for detailed information.

UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent with FREE DELIVERY via UPS Standard. We do not offer a next day delivery option at the moment.

All delivery methods will receive a tracking number.

EU SHIPPING

All EU orders are sent via UPS Standard and incur a £10 fee. Delivery times are usually 4-5 business days

All EU orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), so you will be responsible for paying any duties upon arrival.

US SHIPPING

All US orders are sent with UPS, and incur a standard £25 shipping fee. Delivery times are usually with 7 business days

All US orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), so you will be responsible for paying any duties upon arrival should they be required.

JAPAN/CANADA/AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

All JAPAN/CANADA/AUSTRALIA orders are sent with UPS, and incur a standard £25 shipping fee. Delivery times are usually within 7 business days.

All Japan, Canada, Australia orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), so you will be responsible for paying any small duty fees upon arrival. No additional sales tax will be charged.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For the rest of the world, orders are sent with UPS, and incur a standard £25 shipping fee. Delivery times are usually within 7-14 business days depending on location.

All worldwide orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), so you will be responsible for paying any small duty fees upon arrival.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at studio@savvasalexander.com with the subject line 'Order Cancellation Request' as soon as possible. Make sure you state your order number in the email. This should be done within 2 hours of you originally placing the order, although we cannot make any guarantees that your order can be cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind, please email us first at studio@savvasalexander.com within 14 days of your items being shipped. You will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.

To be accepted, items must be in its original, unused, unwashed and unaltered condition, complete with tags and packaging. If accepted, the money will be returned to your bank account within 14 business days. If you send an item back without contacting us first, it will not be accepted.

Items must also have been bought at full price to qualify for returns and/or refunds, meaning no returns are available on sale items or 1 of 1 samples. For made-to-order items, please refer to product page as the policy varies depending on the item.
