TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review the terms and conditions outlined below. By visiting this website and/or purchasing products from Savvas Alexander, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Alternative terms proposed by the customer are not applicable unless confirmed by us in writing.

01. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or selected Buy Now, Pay Later providers. Orders are considered complete once full payment has been received.

02. Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. Any delays related to customs clearance or payment of duties are outside our control. Deliveries within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

03. Shipment

All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom. For detailed information regarding delivery times and rates, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

04. Returns

Full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Sale items, sample pieces, and certain made-to-order garments are final sale and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before a refund is processed.

05. Exchanges

Due to limited production quantities, we cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges. We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order if you wish to exchange a product.

06. Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact studio@savvasalexander.com within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Where possible, a replacement or repair will be offered. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

07. Return and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return, please email studio@savvasalexander.com with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be rejected. Returned products must pass a quality check before any refund is issued.

08. Limitation of Liability

Savvas Alexander is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

09. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content featured on this site are the intellectual property of Savvas Alexander unless otherwise stated. Savvas Alexander® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
